Return & Refund Policy
Sealed tinctures may be returned within 14 days of delivery. To qualify for a refund, the product must be unopened and in its original sealed condition. Tinctures with broken seals are not eligible for return.
Due to their nature, dried mushrooms are non-returnable.
Order cancellations can be made before the order has shipped.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned product in good condition, we will issue a refund to the original payment method, minus any original shipping charges.
Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping:
- Free shipping is offered on orders over $77.
- If your domestic package is lost, damaged, stolen, or confiscated, I will resend the items at no additional charge. Please provide clear photos of the shipping container, inner packaging, and any damage.
International Shipping:
- Free shipping is available on orders over $144. This option will appear at checkout.
- I am not responsible for international packages that are lost, delayed, confiscated, or damaged during transit.
- If a package is safely returned in its original condition, I will issue a refund for the cost of the item(s) (excluding shipping).
- If your international package was insured (e.g., USPS Priority Mail International) and I can successfully file a claim, I will refund you for the product.
Mistakes on Our End:
If we send the wrong item or forget part of your order, we’ll make it right—at no cost to you. A corrected package will be sent immediately with free shipping.
Customs & Restrictions:
We do not cover any customs duties or import fees.
I make every effort to avoid shipping Amanita products to restricted regions and may cancel such orders. However, I am not responsible for international packages that are confiscated by customs.
