Return Policy:

All products can be returned within a 14 day window of receiving the product. Cancellations can be made before the shipment is sent out. Customer will pay shipping to send products back. If there is an error in the shipping process, I will refund the cost of the products but not shipping expenses.

Refunds will be sent to original payment method once the product returns safely to my business.

Shipping policy:I offer free domestic shipping on orders over $77. I offer free international shipping on orders over $144. This option will be available upon check out.Domestic Shipping: If your product is lost, damaged, stolen, confiscated I will resend your items, just please take pictures of anything and everything you can to send to me, including: shipping container, inside contents, and any damage.

International shipping: I am not responsible for any shipping errors and can’t refund products that are lost, confiscated, or broken during shipment.

If there is insurance on a package (USPS priority mail, USPS priority mail international) and I can receive repayment for an insurance claim, I will refund the customer for the cost of the product.

If I make a mistake with shipping an incorrect product, or not fully sending an order I will send out a new product immediately, free of cost, and free of shipping costs.

If there are any customs due upon receiving your product, I can not cover any additional costs. I do my best to field through shipping locations for Amanita products, and I will cancel shipments that are being sent to a restricted location for Amanita. However, I am not responsible for any shipments being sent and confiscated. Have any questions about our policies?
